We’re sorry it didn’t work out! We want you to absolutely love your purchase and are happy to make it right. Please follow the policy below for your return.

Local Pickup/Delivery:

We are happy to offer a full refund back to the original payment method within 7 days of the day your order was picked up/delivered.

After 7 days, all sales will be final.

Shipped Orders:

We are happy to offer a full refund back to the original payment method within 14 days of the day your shipment was received.

After 14 days, all sales will be final.

Returns Qualification:

  • Returns MUST have all tags attached, be unwashed, unworn and scent free to qualify for a return.
  • All household goods MUST be unwashed and unused to qualify for a return.
  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and do not qualify for a return.
  • PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and delivery charges are NOT refundable.

Defective Items:

Something not quite right?

All merchandise is thoroughly checked for defects and damage prior to packaging. If you receive an item that you believe to be defected or damaged please notify us at returns@chantillyandg.com within 2 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to rectify the issue!

PLEASE NOTE: Washed, worn or used items will not be accepted despite the defect.

How to make a return:

  1. Please refer to our Return Policy above to ensure that your order qualifies for a return.

  2. Email us at returns@chantillyandg.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please let us know why you would like to make a return.

  3. Drop off or ship your securely sealed package to 355 River Trail Drive, West St Paul, Manitoba, R4A 0C1. PLEASE NOTE: You will be responsible for return shipping.

  4. Once we receive your return we will issue a refund back to the original payment method.
